Acceptance and applicability of terms
By using the 9001 website and services, you confirm you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions, which form a legal agreement between you and 9001.
These Terms apply under Bangladesh law and to Bangladeshi users only. Persons under 18 years old are not allowed to use this platform. Opening accounts for minors is strictly forbidden and such accounts will be immediately terminated.
- These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
- If you disagree with any part of the terms, please stop using the platform and contact the Help Center.
- Terms apply only to services provided through 9001’s official site.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering with 9001, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening accounts with false or misleading details is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure at any time.
- Each user may open only one account.
- Name, date of birth, and mobile number must be accurate.
- Only the rightful owner may operate the account.
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with others.
- Report any suspicious activity to Support immediately.
- The user is fully responsible for all activity on their account.
Users agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to others’ accounts, and not to use automated bots or scripts to access services.
Platform rules and prohibited activities
9001 services are intended for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions is prohibited.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
- Threatening, harassing, or misleading other users.
- Attempting unauthorized access or hacking of systems or networks.
- Attempting to log in or transact under someone else’s identity.
- Managing multiple accounts from the same IP or device.
9001 reserves the right to suspend accounts without notice and report to authorities if any prohibited activities are detected. Account balances may be frozen in such cases.
Payment, Transactions & Account Policy
All transactions on 9001 are handled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Approved mobile banking methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits and withdrawals.
- Deposits are usually credited instantly.
- A minimum deposit amount is required; latest details available on the payment page.
- Deposits are only accepted from accounts in your own name.
- Withdrawals are usually processed within 12–24 hours.
- Identity verification may be required for withdrawals.
- Withdrawals will be made only to the account used for deposits.
Separate wagering requirements apply for bonuses or promotional credits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before terms are met. 9001 reserves the right to charge fees or deduct taxes on applicable transactions.
Report any unsettled or disputed transactions to Support within 48 hours. Complaints after this period may not be accepted.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The 9001 platform is provided "as is." 9001 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, network problems, or third-party issues. The platform does not compensate for any financial loss from betting or gaming.
Intellectual Property
The 9001 logo, design, software, content, and all elements are protected under the copyright of the owning company. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
Third-party services for games or content may be included on the 9001 platform. 9001 is not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of these third parties. Users must review those policies before using such services.
Account suspension or termination, changes to terms & applicable laws
- Violation of terms may result in immediate account suspension.
- Accounts inactive for a long time may be closed.
- Accounts suspected of money laundering or fraud may be held pending investigation.
- Users may request account closure at any time.
- 9001 may update terms at any time; changes will be posted on the website.
- By continuing to use the platform after changes, you agree to the updated terms.
- These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
